Greenstar not providing bills

I inherited Greenstar when I bought my house. They initially set up the accounts incorrectly and I could not submit meter readings. After that all was OK for about 6 months then they failed to send a bill. I spent an hour on the phone sorting it out . The next bill turned up on time but again the quarterly bill has not arrived. I do not pay by direct debit, I am on a variable tariff don't have a smart meter and pay when I receive a bill so they are not getting any money - surely they should be chasing me not the other way round!
Is this normal???
2 weeks ago I had an email saying they would move from billing quarterly to monthly and if I was unhappy I should switch. Should I wait for a bill or should I just change supplier?

Either all depends upon the prices of current tariff as opposed to new one .
They will still bill the outstanding amount when you move.0 -
