In my opinion there are two grounds for attack here:
    1: Lex Autolease
2: the company that took on the pakrig company

You should have the original pakring charge notice fom parking eye, do you have this?

You said something aout being onsite wthout entering a registration number inside somewhere, whoss car park was this?
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"
  • @The Deep: No not yet, it's on my list of things to do.

@Half_Way I still have the original. (I keep all documents 🙂) and it's a Cardiff & The Vale (Welsh NHS) Trust hospital car park.

  • I have not, but can try. The Health Trust does state they will not get involved in parking matter on their website; [link] cardiffandvaleuhb.wales.nhs.uk/parking-appeals

Then perhaps you need to remind them of the NHS patient, visitor and staff car parking principles.

    Particularly this bit:
    Contracted-out car parking

NHS organisations are responsible for the actions of private contractors who run car parks on their behalf.
They simply cannot absolve themselves of all responsibility.

What was the offence? All parking at Welsh hospitals is now free although I see that Cardiff & The Vale still employ ParkingEye to "manage" parking http://www.cardiffandvaleuhb.wales.nhs.uk/parking-at-uhw-patient-and-visitor-faqs
  • ParkingEye says:

By not gaining the appropriate permit/authorisation, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the signage, the parking charge is now payable to ParkingEye Lrd (as the creditor)

You must know what the infringement was. Did you park in a staff car park for example?
