So I should not respond with something like the following:
We have had no PCN or NTK from UK parking control. The copies attached are the first we have seen from Yourselves and were only made aware of an outstanding invoice by DRP. This has negated our opportunity to appeal which is not equitable. I would request that the invoice be returned to the appeal stage so we can properly address it.
Why respond at all pointing out how to correct their mistakes? Do you want to do their job for them?0 -
