As I've never used them, I can't comment on how good or bad Just Eat are but there's one thing that I am sure of and that is that the OP seems to have the most inappropriate user name ever.

Local authorities often run classes in daily living skills for people with special needs. Perhaps that would be helpful for you? You'd probably get the chance to learn things other than cooking.

For point 4 you are wrong they have there own drivers for some companys like kfc, subway, burger king (the big ones) The local ones like your local indian have there own drivers!
thats why when you order a kfc you can track your driver as the just eat drivers app lets you track the driver.

So just for those specific eateries, ones which do not offer their own delivery. So the OP is still wrong as he wants to order and cant without JE employee drivers, KFC/McD's etc don't have their own drivers. That's not JustEat's fault. If he wanted dominoes. pizza hut or a independent takeaway he can still order direct.

OP still wholly incorrect on his assertions about JE!

This is the worst thread ever. I came on here to read genuine consumer rights issues and have been forced to read this twaddle.

Please tell me when you start another thread so I can make sure I read it and get angry all over again.

Well you do have the options of:-
    • JUST EAT hideous charges
    • Who regulates disgusting agents?
    • Is there any good courier apart from hideous parcel2go and parcelmonkey?
    • Problem with FLASHPARK horrible company that should be banned
    • Disgusting british rip-off culture
    • Is there a solution to the hideous Car Insurance problem in UK?

All of which are previous threads started by the OP, any one of which is good enough reason to put them on ignore.
  • Use deliveroo who charge a delivery fee

Whilst I do use Just Eat a lot I have to question their greed. One of our local takeaways is really struggling and she's just been informed by Just Eat that they're raising their commission for her to 30%. She now has no choice but to ditch the platform.

Personally I think this is a ridiculous profit margin to be squeezing from small businesses on such a simple platform. I think their greed will ultimately be their undoing.

Edit: Oh and in a takeaway's contract with Just Eat they're not allowed to offer their food cheaper anywhere else on an online platform. I thought we had laws in this country against this kind of thing?

So theres companies that make weapons that kill people.

Comapnies that make bombs that kill people.

Companies that make chemical weapons that kill people.

Companies that have no regard for environmental standards and endanger the lives of those near them.

Agro chemical companies that pay little regard to environmental standards damaging local wildlife populations

Fossil fuel companies that have little regard for environmental and health impacts.

But, just eat, a food delivery company, is the worst company ever? Im going to go out on the line here and say youre morally bankrupt if you believe that.

    Exactly!

Can you imagine that they make millions of profit every year and I think they are even in the FTSE 100! A company that does literally nothing!
