Thanks all for the comments.
It's finally my day off and to be honest I'm exhausted after 4 days at work. I'm trying to still get on top of washing mountain but it's proving impossible.
I went upstairs earlier to make a start on the upstairs but sat down and promptly fell asleep. My insomnia has been appalling for the past couple of weeks so I'm not unhappy to have a kip but I really want to get something sorted in the house. I know if it's tidier then my mind will be more settled and relaxed. I will try again once I've forced some food down. Yum.... Not.
I've managed to get a new card today which is 0% for 20 months. I'm transfering most of my Tesco card balance to it which will save on interest. I will make what's left over on it as my next debt focus and then move onto my ll0yds one. I was surprised because last time I was only offered high interest ones.

I have said I will get a cleaner once a week but I need to get the massive piles moved first. No one is coming in this house at the moment.:rotfl::eek:1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%

Hi PH.. great news about the 0% card :j
How did the hospital appointment go? Just wondering if it's worth trying again for PIP/DLA?
I honestly don't understand how you aren't getting any financial help, it seems so unfair. If
you could get some I agree with Beanie that a one off from a firm like Molly Maid would really help you, I've used them once myself, (they work in pairs so are also quite quick, but thorough) They come out first to assess what you want doing and give you a price, so you can decide to go ahead or not. Thanks all.
Perhaps I should just swallow my pride. I have piles of stuff which just need sorting before any cleaning could be done.
The hospital appointment was ok. I have to have another CT scan. If the cancer is stable the it's just carrying on with Avastin. If it's advanced again then it's another few rounds of Avastin, carboplatin and paclitaxol. Even the names sound toxic. Plus it means 8 hrs in the chair and not an hour.
I do wish this nightmare would end and I would wake up.1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%
