  • Happy New Year Parsnip :)

Lots of great goals there but I think your number one priority this year should be looking after Parsnip. Take care of yourself first. You can't pour from an empty cup.

Thank you for your lovely replies. I am looking after myself but I think I also need things to focus on which are based in the future. I think to keep my positive mindset the future needs to seem real.

Anyway last night I had a little tidy in my room and put away some washing. I also filled half a bin bag with rubbish (ashamed) and half a bin bag of DS's clothes for the charity shop.

This morning we put the table back up in the craft room. It's still a tip but a bit of stuff has gone.

I have an oncology appointment tomorrow, fingers crossed. I have a few things to mention and I just need to be brave and face up to everything.

I hope you all have a good week ahead, especially if you're back at work. Boo hiss.
