I have never defragmented the drive, It's a new drive I only bought it a few months ago so didn't think I'd need to.
I shut down my computer and turned it back on and have not had the error message since, maybe it's alright now?0 -

Offered 22, then 25 both declined then final offer 25 then accepted their counter offer of £27.50 which I'm happy with.
