If on Sky Q you'll still have them on the box and also the Sky App doesn't seem to be affected (possibly I used my linked Gmail account for that which would explain it).
Of course it takes 5 minutes tops to change the password...0 -
Does the email start with something like "Dear Customer", Dear Valued Customer", Dear Account Holder" etc... This is a big giveaway that it's a phishing email along with emails that contain poor English grammar.
As already stated, never use links in emails VERY VERY VERY BIG NO NO!!
If there is an option to unsubscribe and you think it is a spam email DON'T click the unsubscribe option as this tells the scammer the account is live.
If in doubt ring an official telephone number of the company in question and get verification.
Actually they do start with 'Dear Customer' but in this case they are genuine.0 -

Then just do as suggested and go to sky.com, click on the Yahoo email link and change your password. Your username should be the same as your Sky ID but you could also use your email address.
Can't do that either as it happens.
Not that I know my Sky email address anyway.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -

Haven't had Sky TV for over four years and never had Sky Q.
I suppose if it was possible to log in I could change password, even requesting a password reset doesn't allow me into the account.
So in my case it takes well over 5 minutes.
When I called them the other day there was a 50 minute waiting list for calls to be dealt with.
The app doesn't allow me in either. If I have a few hours to kill at some point this week I may give them another call.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -

Why can't you, have you actually tried?
Yes I have tried and I cannot log in. I cannot change the password. Says there is an issue and I have to phone.
Current wait time - 30 minutes.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -
I had one - the domain when I hovered over the clicky was ".sky", not ".sky.com", so I added it to my junk rules.
I will go to my Sky account and login, some time over the weekend.0
