As fake and fraudulent as it gets; why they are allowed to continue, I dont know. I am pursuing a Visa dispute refund via my bank, i will let you know how it goes.0

Right! So, I needed the £300 Visio programme and checked their website and it is £29.99. I also got the Save10 discount code as well. Hurrah! Did the purchase, received order confirmation and a marketing email with the discount code to my normal Gmail "All Mail". Then nothing, and the 'view my order' button on the purchase confirmation email returned an error 404, despite website saying it would take minutes after purchase. I got all uppity and searched them out further, lots of activity and not all good looking at Companies House. My partner also uses their registered address as he has a small business so I was familiar with the Covent Garden address and not that alarmed. Still no download link or product key some hours later and, while they were on and off messaging me on Chat, I wasn't getting the info I wanted. No confirmation of when the download link and product key code email would appear. Just a simple 'yes' when I asked if it would arrive today. Got more frustrated. Companies house search showed the company director applied for dissolution. Freaked out, upped my uppity and eventually applied for a refund in their chat and by email. And it wasn't until after that point I realised that "all mail" search in Gmail does not return a 'Spam' folder search. The link to download had been there all along. For some reason Gmail filtered the most important email to spam. I think the sender gateway for the key and download link email must be flagged by Gmail spam bots. Downloaded. Installed. Verified with Microsoft. It works perfectly. Sent a couple of apology notes by email and chat to the company.
Trust pilot raves about their customer service so maybe it was an off day. But my issues were almost 100% user error, and I will endorse them. I was thrown by this thread, it alarmed me, so I registered today to write this, I appreciate it might look dodgy! But I wanted to say these guys just saved me £280 or so, and I am very grateful. Totally legit. Works for me.

desktop said:Go onto Ebay and purchase a licence key from a seller with good feedback. I've done this a few times, both with Windows and Office and never had a problem. The last Office key cost me £6 about 9 months ago.
