Nice find, putting the address 19 Abbeydale Oval, Leeds, England, LS5 3RF into companies house website is interesting. He seems to have multiple birthdays for some reason, not dodgy at all...

  • The same licence keys are £5 on eBay, they are offering exactly the same for several times the cost.

Yes that's the conclusion of the thread.
  • Absolute scam!!! Purchased MS Office 2019 for £29.99 but simply would not install, despite following the procedure. Meanwhile, could not access any MS apps  and all I kept on getting was a dialogue box saying I had to purchase 'Open File Viewer' to access my documents etc. Wasted ages on their so-called Online chat with some guy 'called' David, who could/would not answer any questions, but only wanted me to download 'TeamViewer' so as to allow him access to/control of my computer to 'fix the problem'. He got quite aggressive when I consistently declined this request. There was no way that I was giving access to my computer to someone who had obviously deceived me. Asked for my money back and was told that this would simply not happen. Avoid at all costs!!!

I am exactly the same, I thought it was just me being thick but it's not downloading … I paid £35 for Office Pro …..can't get hold of anyone, tel number is dead , chat isn't working properly ….  Gutted :-(
Can anyone recommend a reliable company I can use , I'm on low income and need it as reasonable as possible.
    TIA

Go onto Ebay and purchase a licence key from a seller with good feedback.  I've done this a few times, both with Windows and Office and never had a problem.  The last Office key cost me £6 about 9 months ago.

Another vote for eBay here too. I know eBay has a certain “reputation”, but it’s really not so bad now, there are more safeguards for buyers and if you use sellers with good feedback you’ll usually be OK as they won’t want to risk the feedback with bad products. I got Office 2019 for £8 and it seems to be fine so far.
