They have an address and a phone number which is a good start, however the domain has only been registered for a year. However their prices do seem a little too good to be true.

Perhaps the list is out of date or just incomplete.

I got some software from them today (actually just before I saw this thread) and it installed fine, but not by following the procedure on the Fast Software website. There again maybe I was just lucky.:)

Thanks everyone, found enough bad reviews now to decide to give it a miss and find somewhere else to purchase and download it from.

Ok, so I found a friend who had purchased from them with no issues. I took the plunge for Office for MAC 2019 paid my money and watched it download and verify with Microsoft through my fingers. Hit a snag when it wouldn't activate but messaged someone on the online chat at fast Software Ltd who sent me instructions and within 5 minutes the product was working and showing/registered in my Microsoft account as genuine.

Taking a chance seems to have paid off on this one.

At the price I paid I'm happy as the same product would be over £100 from Microsoft itself or pcworld etc.

Give it time... That used to be the problem. Your stuff would install and pass and activate. Then months down the line they find its a block licence for a company and oddly exceeded their install limits.

Company gets a new serial and everyone with that serial stops working. Happened to old versions of Windows and Office.

Serial got shared and thousands installed it using that serial.
