Also none has replied to my specific question: is it definite that if you pay few hours later you will win the appeal? There is email invoice of payment.

This is an entirely unregulated industry.

Nothing is definite.

Is the advice I read on the forum, to ignore them and they will send three letters and stop, still valid? It will affect nothing like credit rating, etc?

No. Ignoring letters (other than the debt collection letters) is likely to result in you ending up with a CCJ.

You have NOT been told to ignore full stop. You can ignore *debt collectors* but NOTHING else.

Parking management companies are providing a valuable service to motorists and landowners, and try to prevent abuse from people who think they have a right to park on other people's land outside the terms of any permission or agreement.

Given they aren't allowed to issue a ticket for 10 minutes refunding an improperly issued ticket is the least they could do.
