I was talking about the exterior - the interior can be ripped out

I have tried to find a positive but failed. I looked at the listing and thought it was a flat without a floorplan. The metal exterior made me think of prison cells and the surroundings are grim. All this coupled with For sale by Modern method Auction was the last nail in the coffin.
As the above lady said if it was in the city it may well have sold. I do hope you manage to sell but I have to agree with others.
I have just looked over it again and cant believe I did not notice it said 3 bed house. It looks like a flat. I can see there is only one way to gain access at the back. I would feel nervous walking along that narrow pathway0 -
The auction is the biggest factor here. Most people including myself don't even click on any auction properties.
All the other things people mentioned are count. The pictures are redoing, floor plan also. This is definitely not a family home.0 -
Actually, I'd buck the trend here. It looks quite an interesting property, and with one or two changes that come to mind immediately, I think you might at least get interest.
It looks like a bachelor pad. That dark furniture gives it a very "man" look. Get some bright, colourful cushions. The first picture should be the front door - a new photo taken on a bright sunny day would help.
Ask your agents to contact any landlords on their books to see if they are interested in acquiring what could be an ideal rental property. The furnishings and fittings are not to everybody's taste but it all looks to be in very good order.0
