Had some unexpected development! I’ve received an email from Gladstones informing me that they are discontinuing the claim. They have sent me a copy of the form they submitted in court to that effect. :j
They’ve realised the error of their ways?????

ANOTHER UKCPM ONE BITES THE DUST!

Now, if you had their WS before they gave up, please, please (please) repay our time and efforts, and try to add another nail in Gladstones' coffin, by doing that email to the SRA about the WS and Jack Chapman's signature, copying the wording you will find on several thread before Xmas.

Tell us please that you have done that, and attached a copy of the WS Gs sent to you, so that the SRA can see these abysmal templates with no signature and that cannot be called a true ''WS'' by SRA standards, at all.
