You seriously need to see a doctor. Of course i owe money, otherwise i wouldn't have a CCJ or have this conversation in this thread. Of course i am going to pay it, as said again for the 30th time (hopefully this time will register with you) hence the thread to find out about the consent form agreed with all parties.

Your legal right is to pay what you owe since it has now gotten to county court stage.

There’s nothing more to it.

It doesn’t need removing from your files either.
It will be there for 6 years from the date of judgement.
