Lemonade2018, I am more than happy to sign the petition, once it has been published. I received another email today from the same site saying all petitions are cancelled until there is a new government, so maybe it is worth waiting till after the election?

Hey Principeingles, are you dealing with YY management for Denison House? I got the exact same email from them! It’s so frustrating because of these delays... I’m chasing agent every 2-3 days and hopefully it can get sorted soon.

Yes, I am dealing with Y&Y Management but over towards Putney. That was the last message I received from them. They don't give me a lot of information, but they are far more helpful than my Housing Association who don't tell me anything, so I have started communicating with Y&Y directly. I don't see how this situation is going to improve before Christmas and I am really thinking of cancelling the sale and renting the flat until there is some movement nationally. I have been trying to sell for over a year and unfortunately it seems I was one of the first to get caught up with all of this.

Who are you communicating with every 2-3 days? The estate agent or Y&Y? What is your experience of dealing with them?

YY don’t give us much details... normally just one line emails saying that they are chasing the fire company. It is Adam at YY who my sales agent deals with.

The offer was agreed in amid July and the bank requested the cladding report in late August. Since then we have been chasing all the time.

I’m calling my sales agent in a bit and will try to get someone at a director level to speak to YY. Adam is quite senior and I feel that he doesn’t care much about us chasing. Hopefully someone at a similar level will get more information out from him. If you could do the same, that’d be helpful.
