Hello all,
I received the Directions Questionnaire. I have followed the advice on the Bargepole advisory link on Newbies - it says serve one to all other parties - does this mean I need to send to Premier and B W L? If so - is it simply the main addresses for both or is a reference number necessary. I don’t want them claiming they never got it/wrong department/address etc...0 -
The other parties will be listed on the claim form.0

Thank you. I will send to both.
Does the deadline for returning it to the courts apply to serving it to other parties?0 -

Hi all,
I am freaking out a bit.
My wife Is pregnant and our due date is in February. I have been given my court date today - and despite listing a period of four days before to four days after this date - the date is 3 days before the due date.
This is worryingly close.
What are the rules here?
Can I apply to have it changed to March or the end of January?
It’s still a risk as she could give birth anytime between January and March!! However that may make it less likely to fall on the day the baby comes...
If I simply don’t turn up due to her being in labour - I assume that Will not go well for me...0 -
You need to speak to the court. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
