Thanks for that. Do you know if they can be members of both at the same time?

    Hi
Does anyone out there have an actual e-mail address for Excel Parking Sevices. I am about to send a SAR request but have searched my docs and they seem to avoid showing it. Also I seem to recall seeing a post about Excel switching from BPA to someone else early 2015. Can anyone confirm this as my ticket of May 2015 has them as approved operator for BPA.
    Try this: -

Yes ... but not members of both Approved Operator Schemes at the same time.

Several parking companies are AOS members of the IAS but corporate members of the BPA. :)

The issue date is 5th July 2019.
With a Claim Issue Date of 5th July, you have until Wednesday 24th July to do the Acknowledgement of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it. To do the AoS, follow the guidance offered in a Dropbox file linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread. About ten minutes work - no thinking required.

Having done the AoS, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 7th August 2019 to file your Defence.

That's nearly three weeks away. Loads of time to produce a perfect Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.

When you are happy with the content, your Defence should be filed via email as suggested here:
      Print your Defence.
    1. Sign it and date it.
    2. Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
    3. Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
    4. Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
    5. Log into MCOL after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not chase the CCBC until it is.
    6. Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to keep you under pressure.
    7. Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.

    Hi all
Just putting my defence together now after sending SAR to excel (receiving nothing back yet) and contacting Durham and Darlington Health Trust who informed me Excel Parking were contracted to NHS Property at the time, however, are contracted no longer. My question now would be: Can excel Parking issue a county claim even after their contract has ended?

Yes, they can, but email the NHS back and politely ask (NOT BY PHONE) why Excel's contract ended and how many complaints did they get, and was aggressive ticketing of staff & patients a factor, assuming this was never the NHS tendering process intention?

Basically, fish for a decent email reply to later use, to damn Excel.

Ask those few questions above, just in a chatty style (not bullet points, nothing that will frighten the NHS not to get involved) and hopefully a real person will answer honestly, and give you evidence.

Again, no tipping the NHS off that you want 'evidence', just be chatty and maybe add how horrible this experience has been, to fish for a sympathy reply that you can use.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi
I've e-mailed NHS and they have responded saying Excels contract was terminated in 2017 but no reasons so i've fished for a bit more.
On another note i'm sure i've come across something which said the LBC should contain reference to Practise Pirection otherwise it can beregarded as Abuse Of Process, but i cant seem to find it again in the posts. does anyone know about this?
