    Can anyone tell me how long after submitting my defence am I likely to receive anything (DQ) back from the court. The reason I ask is that i submit by 7th August and then leave the country on holiday from 10th August to 21st August.

    You will see no chance of a hearing just 14 days after submitting your defence
