Thank you. Should I respond further to B W Legal or just wait? Are the photos clear enough of the ticket? I can't understand why they took a photo of my permit at my flat thst was totally irrelevant but they didn't take a close one of the ticket on the car?

If you've responded formally to their Letter of Claim, then wait for any court claim that emerges subsequently.

The issue about the NtK not being PoFA compliant for keeper liability will be made in your Defence, not now.

I'm not clear what you're asking about permit/ticket.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The photo in the 6th upload shows the ticket but not very clearly. Is it clear enough for them to prove they issued a ticket as it could be a reflection of my permit I had on display?
