Please help B W Legal

I received a letter of claim from B W Legal regarding a parking ticket I supposedly received in September 2014. This is the first contact I've have since 2014 about the matter. I sent a SAR to the parking company and a letter to BW Legal advising them I had done so. I have now received a response from BW Legal not the parking company with photos of my car although none show the ticket on the car and a copy of the first reminder sent in 2014. What are my next steps and how do I proceed? Not sure if I am allowed to post the response? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you can post their response. It may be useful to see it.0

Your next step is to get aquainted with the game you are now caught up in
Spend some time reading up the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum
Then concentrate on post #2 there
That post covers court claims right through from the LOC you have received to the hearing and how to deal with each stage0 -
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so complain to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
This is the response I received. I only wrote to B W Legal to advise them I had requested a SAR from Premier Park Ltd:
We write in reference to the above matter and your recent correspondence.
Please find enclosed a copy of all correspondence issued by our client and photographic evidence of the vehicle at the location of the contravention.
Please also find enclosed a copy of the signage in situ from the date of the contravention.
We can confirm that our client is pursuing you as the Registered Keeper of the vehicle. As the Registered Keeper of the vehicle, and given that you had not provided Our Client with the full name and serviceable address of the driver within 28 days from the date of the parking charge notice (PCN), our client is able to hold you liable for the unpaid parking charge under Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.
We can confirm that it is too late to appeal this PCN, as the time our client allows for appeals to be made has now elapsed. Please note, we are not an appeals service, we act on our client's instructions.
As a result of the breach our client is well within their contractual rights to issue the Parking Charge Notice and take all necessary steps (including bringing legal proceedings) to recover the outstanding charge. Please note our client will not accept a settlement for this account, therefore the outstanding balance remains due and owing.
We trust that the above resolves your outstanding query. It is important that you contact us within 14 days of the date of this email to avoid further collections activity on this account. Should you not be willing to arrange an affordable repayment plan for this outstanding balance we strongly recommend that you seek your own independent legal advice.

The photos they enclosed didn't show any with a ticket on my car. Also should I have received a notice to keeper of it was a ticket? Or is thst only in the case of tickets pcns through the post?
Thanks0 -
Make sure you have emailed a SAR to the DPO at PP to obtain all the documents and pictures and data about you and your vehicle, including any windscreen ticket and NTK etc, attaching proof of ID such as a scan of the V5C or your letter from b w legal showing your name and address0

Post up a scan/photo of the NtK (both sides) if you have it please.
NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE
To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox or Imgur), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.
Please do not use TinyPic or PhotoBucket as they drop all sorts of gratuitous and unsolicited dross on computer screens when their links are opened. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I don't remember if I have the NTK as it was September 2014. I have moved house and scrapped the car since then! The photos enclosed from BW Legal don't show a NTK just a first reminder about a month after the PCN and that was the last correspondence I received.0

Thank you, I did send it about a week ago and they said they would respond within 30ndays that's why I was confused when BW Legal sent me information as I never even requested it from them.0 -
So wait for the reply and look for the ntk etc, never mind reminders, it's the initial invoice they need to produce, plus all photos
Gather your evidence from everyone, then start doing a Poirot0
