DUPLICATE THREAD - PLEASE IGNORE, PLEASE SEE THREAD: "N1 form but mistaken identity"

Hello everyone, I posted a while back about receiving a N1 form however, the form was for a company which has registered itself at my private residential address and incurred a parking fine from civil enforcement. I went through mediation to try and evidence that this was a case of mistaken identity on my home and that this company has no affiliation to me. I also provided a complete defence at the beginning when I received the N1 form. I have now received a stamped summons which I believed contains a final set court date. I have been advised to see this through and attend court but I am also being advised to return the letter back to the court stating the company does not live at my home address. I am concerned my home and myself will incur a judgement by default if I do not act and I do not want to receive a CCJ on my name for something which is nothing to do with me. I also do not want to ignore this and end up with bailiffs at my address. I am yet to open the letter and need advice as to the best way in which I should proceed.

Many thanks

You really need to copy your above post as a reply on to your existing thread.

Having done that, please edit your post above to say something like:
    Duplicate thread - please ignore

There are numerous questions on that other thread, but you have failed to address any of them.
