N1 form but mistaken identity

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help? I can see a lot of posts in regard to people receiving fines for cars they own or were not the driver for but I am becoming a little stuck on what to do in my case. I have received a N1 court form for a private parking fine for CEL but the form is addressed to a company which has no relevance to my residence or anyone in my family. As the form has landed on my doorstep I know I have to defend this even though the fine has nothing to do with myself and clearly a company have registered themselves to my home without my knowledge. I have received two previous letters, one from a sols and another one from CEL but as these were nothing to do with me and seem to be draft, template letters I ignored them and have now ended up with the letter for court. I wanted to know would I need to defend this in a way which states such things as how bad signage is or that I am not a registered keeper like any other fine or would I need to defend this with certain particulars as I am not involved in the matter at all?
Any help would be appreciated, many thanks

if the letter was not addressed to you or to your company, you cannot defend it at all, under either option , no ifs or buts , its got f all to do with YOU
only the person or company named on the claim form can defend it0 -

What is the name of the Defendant company?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes ... Companies House
https://www.gov.uk/get-information-about-a-company
You will get directors names. Does not follow their addresses
will be real, normally just a service address
CEL would have given you a VRN,
You can then advise the DVLA what is happening0 -

Are you Neil Armstrong because that's one heck of a giant leap?
Would an admin error be far more likely?0 -
A CCJ at your address for anyone else but yourself will have no effect what ever on yourself0

Hello everyone, thanks for all of your comments, I decided to try mediation to evidence that there had been a mistake and then just tried to forget about it as I was finding it very stressful so I do apologise.
I have now received a stamped summons which I believed contains a final set court date. I have been advised to see this through and attend court but I am also being advised to return the letter back to the court stating the company does not live at my home address. I am concerned my home and myself will incur a judgement by default if I do not act and I do not want to receive a CCJ on my name for something which has no affiliation to me. I also do not want to ignore this and end up with bailiffs at my address. I am yet to open the letter and need advice as to the best way in which I should proceed.
Many thanks0 -
I don't understand why you are defending a case that's not yours?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am worried about the potential of judgement by default and the potential for bailiffs to come to my home address. I am currently saving for a mortgage so I do not have to rent and I am worried this will affect me.
Surely I should not just ignore the court summons? I am not sure as to what I should do.0
