Try setting the email account up as IMAP in your email program; https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7126229?hl=en-GB Make sure that all settings are correct, such as port numbers and SSLs
If it isnt working, please send a screenshot of all your email settings (censor your email address) and a screenshot of the error you are getting.

Basically:
In Windows 10 v1903, go to Start -> Settings -> Privacy -> App permissions down the left hand side -> Email. Ensure "allow access to email" is on. Turning this off may cause the error you've posted.0 -

in summary, you can access your mail via https://www.virgin.net and https://www.gmail.com but not via the Windows 10 Mail app? It used to work before the current Windows build? You need to let someone here connect to your computer to have a look. How desperate are you?Any ideas anyone?0
