Right, so it's not Window's mail it's Google mail. I am not following this at all, my Gmail is on the chrome browser page, it's just a link.

There are many email providers, just log on to whatever is the suffix, googlemail, outlook.com, live.com, etc etc. virgin media, sky etc

Googlemail is one of my email addreesses I also have Virgin .Net


The app I use to collect the emails is Mail from microsoft store


I am clicking on the Mail app and clicking add account clicking Google the entering address and password it then says adding account then something is wrone
