Does anyone know the correct address to send to ukcpm they have two ?0

Why are you sending stuff to UKCPM if they used a solicitor to file the claim?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I didn’t thankfully I saw the post and it went to solicitors. On claim from it says the PPC I just never noticed the part of who to send correspondence too.
Thanks to you all anyway d day end of next week I will update0 -
I’ve not received anything at all form other party. Either SAR or witness statement so does the signature thing still apply
You didn't leave the old address with them did you, and didn't ask them to erase it?
They filed a claim to an old address and now you are saying you didn't even get the SAR reply or the WS and evidence.
Check at the old address, urgently. I suspect it is all there and you need to see their case, to blow it to smithereens at the hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No nothing at old address I have been checking with them. Also they have been instructed of my new address and to delet old one.
My partner wants to come with me is that normal or would judge think it’s odd ?0 -
Anyone can attend with you , you will or did put down a number in the DQ later in the court process , at DQ stage. He may not be allowed to speak , but can certainly attend to support you , nothing odd about it0

I won !!!! But purely on signage and the judge believed I hadn’t seen it and therefore entered had not entered a contract and also that he didn’t believe I had ought to have seen them.
He didn’t care about the claim being mis served. He said the fact that I still got it and responded was lucky and had I not received and incurred a ccj I could have had it set aside...
The solicitor had a letter dated the 10th Dec sent to my current address saying they were sending witness statement but they never sent it. I challenged the authenticity of it and asked for proof that it was actually sent which they didn’t have but the judge was happy to believe they had sent it but wasn’t received. He also didn’t care much about the SAR ! The claimant said they had never received a request although I had many emails and forms related to it.
Anyway like I said it came down to signage and they agreed to loss of work cost schedule for £65
Thanks all for your invaluable advice and support0 -
Well done , a win is a win , regardless , and a contract always hinges on signage , which tends to be rubbish in most cases , in your case it was UKCPM
Another one bites the dust !!0 -
Well done on your win.0
