Also, your sentences are oddly constructed. For example:
"Which deems this to be a mis served claimed." is just a nonsense

do you mean N1 claim form, not "NI" claim form?

When searching, do you use advanced search and change the radio button from threads to posts?
  • What should I change this to. ?
  • No I don’t do advanced search I’ll try that. Panicking a bit now to change stuff as I’m printing all out and posting in last post today ! Done cost of schedule do I sent copy to claimant also or is that just for the court ? Got so confused reading the supplementary witness statement stuff and what I should add so hope leaving that out is not detrimental my head is just fried
Thank you all for your help my hearing is next week so fingers crossed

"change the radio button from threads to posts" - what's not clear?

You send (serve) the claimant a copy of everything that you send (file) to the court, as per your instructions on the court letter about "File and Serve."

Everything, absolutely everything, you send to the court must be sent to the Claimant... and vice versa.
  • Thanks guys.
Sorry I meant what shall I change the ‘Which deems this to be a mis served claimed." is just a nonsense comment to

I’ve not received anything at all form other party. Either SAR or witness statement so does the signature thing still apply
