I did mention faulty and thats whats bothering the seller, personally i left positive feedback because it arrived as it should have but i didnt test it for a few weeks and its erratic.

I want to open it so dont mind keeping it. Seller offered the refund if i remove the mention of it being faulty of my feedback.

    Just cannot win it seems.

Just had the same thing happen on Amazon now.....

Purchased a Dashcam and its not the specs they claimed it to be. Left a review saying its a lower spec dashcam and very poor quality also. I have a 6 year old 720 camera that has a better picture quality than this one.

Seller offering to refund if i remove the product review, I have opened a return request anyway I don't want this item at all its useless.

Any reason to remove my review that the dashcam is a poor quality one?

I wouldn't - the review system becomes untrustworthy and pointless if reviews/feedback can be bought.

You are returning for a refund but are asking if you should remove your review in exchange for a refund?

Are you happy with your review? If you are, leave it and warn others.

I opened the return/refund and it said the seller had just 2 days to respond.

I then left the review stating the items were not as advertised.

    Message the following day was
Dear buyer, could you please delete the bad review for the product? We will refund the money to you, if you could delete

The response to the return request was supply photo's or video. Do they want me to upload a 173MB clip from the rubbish dashcam they sent and also send the 973MB file from a genuine 1080P dashcam?

I agree with this, besides which, a review on Amazon is just that...a product review. Incidentally, you can also now do product reviews on ebay although not that many people seem to do so.

Slight issue with product reviews on Ebay, it affects other sellers with a similar product.

A set of pliers for jewellery making, awful quality for the price. I was expecting a precision made item. Not something like the cheap 99p ones i bought for another job.

Review somehow linked itself to other items which were clearly not the same as the one i actually bought and reviewed.

Amazon seller appears to have removed all reviews of this item. No idea how they did that, never sold anything on Amazon.

Opened an A-Z case and the seller has not said they will refund if i close the A-Z case. I have a feeling they cannot be trusted to do that.

Anyone know how/why the feedback was all removed. It now says be the first to post a review.

Possible they have refunded. Need to check the bank or card. Received nothing about sending it back.

Seller was hot on the reply/refund with the A-Z claim though.

    Do not close the A-Z.

Follow the instructions from Amazon to the letter.
