Not really , it's just a forum , nothing more , no extras like hosting files , so use a hosting site like Imgur or tinypic for hosting your files , ie , use a file hosting site and don't make assumptions like trying to upload attachments
It's a free basic forum with no frills0 -

So you have a hearing in December.
On the back of that Notice of Allocation, does it say something like...Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].0 -
Yes it does ' it says NOTE 'It is essential that you provide the court and your opponent with written statements of evidence which both you and your witnesses will give no less then 14 days before hearing If you fail to do so your evidence may not be allowed or the claim may be adjourned at your expense'.
In english what does this mean?
Also did you read how the Judge seemed to be ...his tone to me sounded already annoyed with VCS.0 -
It is in English, and it means what it says. It surely could not be more clear.
I suspect that many judges are becoming annoyed with these spurious actions. Do you think that a driver, stopping for a few moments to check the state of a tyre, should be hauled to court for breach of contract, I do not.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

If your hearing was on 28 October for example , then your WS plus your Exhibits plus your costs schedule should be handed into your local nominated court and get a receipt , plus email them as an attachment to the claimant VCS , 14 days , or earlier , so before the 14 October in this example
So 2 jobs to do after marking the date that is 2 weeks prior to the actual court hearing date
So mark the Court date on your calendar as date 1
Then mark the date that is 2 weeks before it , or a bit earlier , like say 16 days before the court hearing date , as date 2
Ensure that VCS and the local court get your bundle of documents etc by date 2 , so that they both have 14 days or more to study them to prepare for the Court date
VCS should do the same tasks , providing both you and the court with their bundle , so that all parties have the information required with 2 or more weeks to study all the paperwork
All of this is standard practice, especially so that the judge can study everything beforehand to see what it's all about and do their own research
Do not miss the date 2 deadline on your calendar
Then turn up on court case day if it gets that far
Not complying with those court orders can cost you dear0
