I'd be surprised if a full respray is needed. But yes, get some quotes and some opinions.
Dont lead with "i think my car needs a full respray". Have them tell you what they think the car needs to leave it perfect again.0 -

saying that at the dealers , they also said it had a camshaft oil leak, they said if you get the spring and downpipe repaired today off us we will do the oil leak for free, never found out if it had 1 or not or how much it would cost to repair, so i took them up on that if thats what they call a goodwill gesture0
