Instant Bircher muesli with strawberries blueberries coconut yogurt and too much peanut butter. Milky coffee.
Boiled eggx2, butter lettuce, peanut chilli sauce and grated cheddar. Milky tea
Probably a milky tea and gluten free almond slice.

Evening All,
Managed a reasonable walk yesterday in between the heavy showers; the fish shop came up trumps, I got a couple of herring fillets (gave one to a friend cause she loves them too) and picked up a haddock fillet as well. The herring was lovely and fresh, coated it in oatmeal and fried in a oil/butter mix and had it with some of my home grown potatoes and peas - oh so delicious.
Its been raining off and on most of today so I'll get out for an extra long walk tomorrow. Used up the last of the hummus, with grapes & crispbread for breakfast. L = watermelon salad and pepperoni and for dinner I had the haddock in breadcrumbs, sauteed the l/o potatoes, sides were some peas and a blob of tartare sauce - feeling well full and loved my fishy weekend.
Got a basic menu plan drawn up and its back to using freezer stock tomorrow.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

I'm just behind you Frith :rotfl:
Wasn't much needed on my shopping trip today, mostly staples as I'm trying to use up what's in the fridge & freezer. I still have half a watermelon to use up so it will feature repeatedly this week.

This is getting embarrassing! But there are no more mini daim bars in the house and I'm not going to IKEA for a whileMortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Morning everyone,
Hope you all had a good weekend.
We had a lovely time visit family. Good parkrun on Saturday morning.
We had some nice treats over the weekend. Had a nice walk yesterday afternoon.
Today’s weigh in shows just a 0.25 lb loss so I think we’ll call that a STS!
The next few weekends we have quite a lot going on event wise so I need to make sure I keep on the straight and narrow during the week and hopefully keep the running up.
Hope you all have a great week.0 -
Only a loss of half a pound for me this week despite a huge effort.
Still, it is better than last weeks big fat nothing, I suppose.0 -
Week 1 of the Blood Sugar Diet completed.
A -9 lb loss for me, please.
Now 12 stones 4.0
