You don't change it, but you may need to adapt it for later in your saga as our WS which you seem to have started with instead of ending with

You should be reading legal defences in the newbies thread and copy and paste one and adapt it to suit, then post it below after removing the personal info

Post #1 says Parking Eye but that WS earlier says Civil Enforcement, confused dot com

It was parking eye but the claimant on the court letter is civil enforcement. I did look at newbies thread and copied and pasted the ones i thought were most relevant.

There is too much in there that is your story and little to do with addressing or bringing up legal arguments

Perhaps you should start with the concise defence by bargepole and add no Landowner Authority plus address the POC they wrote on the claim form, plus address any spurious costs on their claim form, which may not be there on a Parking Eye case but are in others

If you were neither the driver or the keeper, say so, argue it right at the beginning, questioning their legal right to pursue you based on incorrect admissions by the keeper with no evidence

Then post that draft below for critique

you still have not addressed the issue of PARKING EYE (one company) and CIVIL ENFORCEMENT (a completely different company)

it is one or the other , not both

If the Claimant is Civil Enforcement Limited, then what has ParkingEye got to do with it?

ParkingEye Limited is just another private parking company.

From your opening post: why did your dad sent a letter to ParkingEye?

Are there two different incidents being confused here?

sorry this is my error - i thought that Civil Enforcement worked on behalf of Parking Eye - Dad wrote to the address on the PCN which was CE ltd.

Thank you for this I will amend this defence - I am seriously running out of time now as it has to be emailed to them by 4pm tomorrow. It was not Parking Eye (my error) I just thought that CE Ltd worked on their behalf.

nope, 2 completely different companies , like Tesco and Morrissons , they both carry out the same work, but are not related

so definitely CEL then , at least we cleared that up, do not mention PE again unless its the Beavis case or similar

my advice to you , STOP MAKING ASSUMPTIONS, STICK TO THE FACTS, its easier for all
