Just got the first response from the one of the shops I visited, no support there. Waiting for the other shop response and my MP.
Many thanks for your letter and information.
Although we entirely understand what you are saying, unfortunately the car park rules and procedures are not within our control as a company on the retail park. The car parking services are a separate arrangement with Ricoh Arena and we don't have any influence or relationship with them.
We are really sorry to hear that you had this experience at the retail park - our advice would be to appeal the decision and as you have already done this we are unsure what the next stage will be.
Thanks for taking the time to contact us - we have forwarded your email to our higher management for feedback,

You can show us both sides of the NTK (reminder - the first letter) by hosting pics on Imgur or Dropbox then typing a broken/changed link to the shared URL link for it, here in a reply.

Changing http to hxxp usually gets round the fact newbies can't post a working link.

Have you complained to Ricoh Arena to get this cancelled

Re the letter link, they are phishing for the driver which you will not tell them.

There were two dates I asked for, yet you've failed to give them. They might be crucial. Please re-read post #9.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

@Umkomaas, do you think anything is wrong with the dates? There is nothing obvious I noticed so far... Thanks

With regard to POFA compliance, check out Modyfi's thread regarding a ParkingEye PCN which named the relevant land simply as "Lido (1)".

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5990669/parkingeye-lido-margate-popla-appeal

The sharp-eyed POPLA assessor determined that "Lido (1)" was not a sufficiently specific definition of the relevant land, explaining that there could be hundreds of lidos across the country.

You have a similar argument that "Arena Shopping Centre" is not specific enough given that the PCN does not state in which town or city it was located.

According to their website, the shopping centre in Rowleys Green, Coventry is actually called Arena Shopping Park (not Arena Shopping Centre). Lasalle Investment Management's website shows that there is a completely different Arena Shopping Park in Haringey, North London.

There may not be hundreds of "Arena Shopping Centres" but there are at least two.
