..........
Retired 1st July 2021.
This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."4 -
I'm also waiting on your to two things happening plus my wife is waiting to hear from her consultant on a follow-up procedure!Sea_Shell said:That feeling when you're just waiting for stuff to happen....[drums fingers on desk]
Still waiting for my voluntary NI payments to show on my on-line Pension Summary (paid early December)
Waiting for written confirmation that my ISA transfer from Fidelity to iWeb is all in hand (from either of them!)
Waiting for a referral to hospital early Rheumatology dept (they said I should hear by 1st Feb)
Doesn't help that snail mail seems to be even more hit and miss after the strikes.0 -
I made voluntary NI payments on 30 November and just checked as over 6 weeks now but still not showing on my forecast. If not showing in the next few days, I'll give them a phone. When I've phoned in previous years they do seem to be able to quickly find the payment and apply it.Sea_Shell said:That feeling when you're just waiting for stuff to happen....[drums fingers on desk]

We have been waiting for our roof to be done since October
.
First of all the rain put it back to Christmas.
Then the high winds meant they had to do emergencies first.
The post Christmas rain has then postponed their routine jobs again.
Now looking at Feb, March if it ever stops raining here!0 -
I just had a chat session with iWEB to get progress on my Fidelity ISA transfer. They said I had given the wrong account number so it was rejected. He could not tell me what number I had supplied. So I've had to start the transfer again. I dont know what number I gave as I have an ISA account number and a customer number and its not clear which one they want. I've supplied the ISA number as this seems the most likely but then again I guess that would have been the one I supplied last time!0

Did you print or save the form? Is it stated on there? (I'm on my phone ATM so can't look at mine)
I used the ISA account number which starts with the first 3 letters of my surname.
Surely the customer number includes the cash management account too, which is separate and not part of the transfer. How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -
Not smart enough to photocopy the form before I Sent it off! He said it was Fidelity that rejected the transfer stating that the account was unknown to them.....so unless I made a mistake in writing the number down which I think is unlikely as I usually triple check these things.Sea_Shell said:skycatcher said:I just had a chat session with iWEB to get progress on my Fidelity ISA transfer. Let us know if you're successful using the IS A account number if you don't mind. Fingers crossed for you.0 -

I got a pop up to say that there was no need to post the form, as it will be submitted electronically (Fidelity to iWeb)
Not heard anything more yet, but they have acknowledged it's in hand, but at what stage I know not! How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -
SUCCESS!!! (on the SP front anyway)
Just logged in, and my new SP amount is showing, following my payment. I'm up to £168.10 a week.
I'll re-assess making up the further shortfall nearer the time, but at least that's the cheap part years paid for.
I didn't ring them in the end, just waited a few more days. I made the payment on 2nd December 2022.
