I call a wind-up too. It’s one thing to have a momentarily stupid lapse of judgement, we probably all do, but to compound that in the manner the OP has adopted on here since is not credible.

There are also some dubious inconsistencies between the OP’s claimed background on this and what they’ve claimed in other threads. I’m afraid we’re probably dealing with a fantasist with a delicate background so OP needs handling with kid gloves.

OP shows a total lack of respect and disdain for anything of authority (probably only when it suits tho)

    Why is this OP ?

If you “story” is genuine, you need to get off the road before you kill someone with your arrogant “I know best and will do what I want as long as I can justify it to myself” attitude

I drive well within the capabilities of myself, my car and the road conditions. If I see a gap, I will go for it.
Perhaps taking account of legalities should also be an issue?
I would be happy to pay a fine but to get 4-6 points on my licence will potentially affect my job.
Ooops. Should've thought of that, shouldn't we?
A speed awareness course would be more beneficial
SACs are available for up to about 42mph in a 30.
as the points will not change the way I drive, which is fast.
Will you be introducing that line in court in mitigation, too?
I will seek every potential legal loophole to try to wriggle out of this one.
I think you might find this chap the most useful...
