county court claim - please help

Update regarding the court claim. It has been allocated to my town and today I received a response from District Judge. It says:
1 - case has been allocated to the small claims track
2 - having considered the papers, the court believes the case is suitable for mediation. I am encouraged to call and arrange a mediation appointment which will be conducted by telephone. It doesn't say what to do if I do not accept mediation. So what do I do here please?
3 - got a court date and time, last week of jan, saying the hearing it is estimated to last 60 minutes and then lots paragraphs with the Judge's directions for preparations which I will add later on once I get a reply from you guys about mediation ?0 -
If you go to the NEWBIE sticky post # 2 (I am sure you know where it is by now as it should be your bible) and look at the section about mediation, you will find that the advice is NO. Presumably in your DQ you ticked NO to mediation?0
-
Le_Kirk you are correct I ticked no, it's been a few months since I submitted everything I took it out of my mind.0

Can I use the reply from ICO in my WS at all? I am doing copy / paste of their reply
"Thank you for your complaint about National Parking Enforcement Ltd (‘NPE’). It appears NPE has failed to comply with its data protection obligations in this case as it responded to your access request outside of the statutory timescales.
We will contact NPE to advise it of our view, and record this on our system as a failure to comply with data protection law."0 -
Yes, put it in as a matter of fact, in the narrative about what happened.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, update, hearing took place today and lost. All amount has to be paid and actually even more was added to the total from the claim. Also only got 14 days to pay. The judge at my hearing said that even though other judges have seen the added £60 in a negative way, he does not see any reason why it is not unreasonable and in this case it will be accepted as anyway a solicitor's hourly fee is a lot more than £60 and they needed time and resources to chase it up. I am not sure why another £25 was added as I forgot now.0
