I send email with the DQ yesterday about lunchtime (12pm) and checked online on MCOL now and it does not say received. I am worried as there is a deadline to be sent until the 13th aug, so do you guys think I should send one by post as well??0
-
It has been noted recently that MCOL has taken some time to be updated. Are you certain you sent it to the correct address - don't guess check - and can you see it in your sent folder. If yes, then keep checking daily. If it still doesn't show in a couple of days time send again. I hesitate to suggest phoning CCBC as it tends to take a long time for the phones to be answered.0

Yes it has been sent correctly as i received an automated email saying it has been received but not appearing on MCOL. I will wait until tomorrow thank you.0

2 questions please:
1. To the court, do I send it to the same email as the defence? CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk? Put the claim number and the word DQ in the title? Or send it by post as it says in the letter they sent? It says to send it by post to their address.
2. Do I send copy to the parking co as well as Glad or just to Glad?
Waiting for your answer then will go ahead and do it.
Now you are embroiled in a Court case you should have#2 in the newbies FAQ thread bookmarked as your Bible
That post covers Court claims right through to the hearing with walkthroughs of what to do and when and how

Hi guys, update, I phoned MCOL and they did say they are behind with reading emails by like 6 days. As long as a confirmation email has been received by the sender, they said it is enough as a proof that docs have been sent in time. This info might be helpful to other people.
I received the SAR information I asked for. But I came across an interesting fact. I sent it to them on the 28th of june and they stamped it as received 1 july. I received it today and just noticed they are way off their deadline as the new GDPR rule is one calendar month and for a breach of this they could be issued fines. Is there anything I can do about this? Do you guys know or should I investigate further online about this subject?0 -
Report their failing to the Information Commissioner's Office.
The ICO are unlikely to act on one complaint, but they will keep your complaint on file and if they spot a trend... who knows what might happen?0 -
Thanks Keith that is what I intend to do, I will update if I find anything helpful for others in the same situation.0

Hello, I have an update regarding the ICO, I managed to get a reply from NPE saying it is my fault for them taking longer to reply to SAR as I did not provide them with the claim number or reg number for them to be able to respond quicker. However I phoned and complained to ICO who said I have a case and I need to complain on the website.
I did all the necessary stuff and got a reply 2 days ago to say that indeed the Parking co is at fault but this time they will not take any further action against them, but they will keep everything on file and if they get more complaints they will act on it.0
