I don't sell a lot and think i will probably go direct to find couriers myself, far less stress than claims going wrong due to incompetent middlemen. I'd much rather a claim fail due to my stupidity as i will only have myself to blame.
May you find your sister soon Helli.

It’s getting on my nerves how long it take for the labels to appear after paying.
Sometimes it’s there instantly (not often), and sometimes the link for the label takes hours to appear.
It’s a pain, but if your item is over 1kg but under 2, it’s a bit cheaper than going directly to Hermes.

What about importing your parcels into Hermes?

I have never done that, is it the same prices?

I don’t have bulk sales only maybe 3-5 sales per week.

I’ve found I can only print one packlink at one time, if I do two one after the other then wait ages for the print link it messes it up and both labels are cancelled by them.
Currently have two PayPal claims in for service not received. EDIT: PayPal paid out as packlink didn’t respond to the cases.

I've used Packlink about 5 times so far. Four times I have selected UPS they were fine, but the one time I used DHL their system alternated the lines of the collection address and the billing address, (the full collection address is also not shown on the DHL label which would have made the problem more apparentl) so we waited all day for a collection pickup which never came because the address they were given was:

    My Name
    Company Name
    My Street
    Company Business Park
    My Town
    Company Post Code

It took me 20 minutes on the webchat for them to sort that out, register it as a system bug and then arrange me a new label and new delivery date.

What I have noticed however is that the price difference between
drop off and collection can be very small (sometimes collection has even been cheaper) so it does save me some petrol by not having to detour on my way home!

I used to use Collect+ a lot with Shuttl though, but they are now conspicuous by their absence, so I have been pondering what caused Packlink not to use them.
    • The rich buy assets.
    • The poor only have expenses.
    • The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

Help please. I shipped my item using Packlink and its not been delivered. It was sent via My Hermes but they won't talk to me about it. Packlink don't have a phone number, only online chat and I've been in the queue for 55 minutes and I've moved from position 15 to 6. eBay said they don't have a phone number for Packlink. I'm an occasional seller so I'm stumped what to do next.

I sold an item and paid for a packlink delivery by Hermes, I got an email telling me the package would be collected on Saturday, but it was not collected after I waited all day till 20:00 for it to be collected. So I cancelled the label late Saturday night and received confirmation that it was cancelled and that I'd get a refund. On Sunday I paid eBay for Royal Mail Special delivery and put the label on the parcel and had it posted on Monday. Later on Monday Hermes arrived unanounced for the package and I told them it had been canceled because they failed to collect it.

Now Packlink have emailed me saying that they will not refund me because the lable was used. IT WAS NOT. I have proof that I cancelled it, that I bought a new label from Royal Mail and that it was delivered by Royal mail.

Why do Packlink automaticaly assume that I'm a liar? when there system is clearly broken, why did they refuse my refund when the evidance of what happend is plastered all over my ebay account if they bothered to look before calling me a liar. They seem to have no integrety.
