Of course it may be that signage, etc isn't important to the judge and this is all about abuse of process, etc. again.

You need to get a hearing face to face because a telephone hearing is unsuitable for you, so what did the court clerk say about that?

Thank you. I have found it. Whilst of course I haven't made a request using the fantastic detail supplied by Coupon-mad, the gist is the same. There was a suggestion from the clerk that one of my 'desired' judges was actually handling it. My case files were submitted some months ago and I stressed that visual referral to them in physical presence was of importance.
Alas I am a frontline worker. Far more frontline than you can possibly imagine, and even the lengths I had to go to physically attend next week were legion. I am not about to let it all slip away from me. It was foolish of me to think that this issue wasn't addressed elsewhere here of course, and I should have scoured first.
I am awaiting a response (email) after my message will be forwarded to the judge. A judge on a circuit with a history of striking out…2 -
