Great result, great report and great read. Very well done.

Jack the Lad starting to get himself known among the judiciary. Can't be long now .......
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

She was, from the beginning to the end, she proper grilled the rep and laughed at some of her responses. She was sitting at the Mayor’s and City of London Court. I didn't note down her name but as soon as I receive the judgement I will share it with you guys :)
I am so grateful to you guys for all the support you gave me.

Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.

Amis95 ..... I missed your win but very well done :T:T

I guess one day the courts will want proof of Jack Chapman :rotfl:

This just proves once again just how incompetent Gladstones are

They clearly need re-training in the art of intelligence, wonder if the SRA can help ....... or do the SRA expect their members to behave like unruly children ???

Your win is now featured in the ABUSE OF PROCESS thread

Because the judge said ...... the £60 in not lawful

Congratulations Amis95, looking forward to getting my Gladstones WS in the next couple of days and seeing who has signed it!

[STRIKE]who has signed it[/STRIKE] - whose signature has been photocopied and pasted on to the document.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. well done , great report and underlines the points being made on here about poor signage and bay markings, false WS , keepers are not necessarily drivers , the £60 is not lawful etc
