hi - this case is currently No.2 on the Abuse of Process thread yet we have no case details for using as a Reference on past Gladstones rulings - @Amis95 Please can you add the Case number?
Scoured for a while and gathered this info so please confirm if below is true? :-

They sent me a letter in April to let me know that it's still under investigation and no outcome has been reached yet.
