Bob has a consumer issue and some people have provided him with excellent advice on how to resolve the problem and SAVE money. Others have been less helpful.

He hasn't asked for advice or asked a question. He has posted a great many 'a day in the life' threads over several years most of which should have been in the 'Arms'.

He's running a business BTW so not a consumer per se.
