I have been using the chat system, but the agents simply bat me away, and refer me to this "Awin" thing.
The last agent said I would receive a voucher "for sure" within 30 days of the dispute being escalated to a manager which would be 18/7/19.
Why do I have to do all this chasing?
I entered into an agreement in good faith, now you should keep to the deal.0 -

I am having the same problem, and have not received the £60 voucher after signing up with talktalk in March. I am dealing with giftcloud at the moment, who are fobbing me off. Next I shall email MSEs voucherhelp.0

I had an outage yesterday for around 4 hours, when the connection re-established, I used the tool on your website to check the line, it said there was a fault and it said should use chat to sort it out.
They couldn't sort the line fault without a mobile phone with "mobile data", they said?
I can't get a signal on my phone for the internet in my flat, so the line fault is still there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, I digress...
I asked at the end of the chat if any progress was being made on my reward voucher, the agent said that I was entitled to the voucher, it was on the system and would be paid "on the 18th of July".
Strange that TalkTalk doesn't have any problem TAKING money out of my bank account, isn't it?!0 -

If you look at the link I posted A LOT of customers are not getting the reward vouchers they were promised.
This is incredibly bad publicity for TalkTalk and the attitude of the agents is a disgrace.
I highly recommend people DO NOT USE TalkTalk.0 -

My voucher finally turned up!
Spent all afternoon trying to get my printer to print the thing, but yeah, it's here.
