No 3 network signal !!

After nearly 2 weeks of webchat and a visit to a 3 shop, I still have no network signal so no phone calls, texts or mobile Internet on my three phone. I have had no luck with webchat who really were useless. I've tried a new sim card but the sim activation on three's website does not let me activate the sim. It doesn't…
