Construct a PoPLA appeal using all the template appeal points from post 3of the NEWBIES and post it here for checking before you submit it.

So they have rejected my appeal. initially they said I failed to make a valid payment. Now in the PDF letter they emailed they say; that i did have a ticket but it had expired. We are sure we bought a four hour ticket. Anyway how do I start the appeal with POPLA?0
