NPE/Gkadstones Court Claim Form

Look again at your Notice of Allocation. The Notice that gives the hearing date.
Is there not a paragraph something like:
Might be on the back. Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].
Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence.
You need to file and serve a Costs Schedule at the same time too.0 -
Hello all.
An update. I didn't receive Gladstone witness statement until 13 days before the hearing as I moved abroad and they didn't serve for correct address.
I served my own witness statement anyway explaining that I had informed Gladstones of my change of address.
I was 'in court' on the 5th. I received the outcome last week. One sentence 'Case dismissed'.
In my rush to get the witness statement in I missed the part about cost schedule. Is it too late for this? Thank you all for the help.

You could try writing to the court where the case was heard, including a copy of your summary cost assessment and asking for it to be paid, given that the case against you was dismissed.0
