            Thanks again, i am just submitting my Defence now but it says a maximum of 122 lines. Is this correct and if so where should i slim down.
Whilst trying to submit my defence i have found it doesnt like the therm 'Civil Procedure' as it throuws up an error.

Today I received the generic Directions Questionnaire stating that Gladstones dont want an oral hearing. Should I agree to this or not?

            UPDATE: I have received a letter from my local court saying a judge has looked at the case and allocated it to the small claims track and i have a court date.
I now need to start preparing my witness statement. Any suggestions and pointers appreciated. I HAVE read the newbies thread.

            Yeah , read the newbies faq sticky thread again , plus read Other recent court threads on here , especially the concluded ones , because it's not as if you are the first person to ask , you are not even the 1000th person to ask !!

            hello everyone, I have read the newbie thread and read and re-read the court letter but i cant see a cut off for the witness statements. has anyone else experienced this? i will get it done 28 days before to be safe. Thanks0
