Thanks again, i am just submitting my Defence now but it says a maximum of 122 lines. Is this correct and if so where should i slim down.
Whilst trying to submit my defence i have found it doesnt like the therm 'Civil Procedure' as it throuws up an error.

Today I received the generic Directions Questionnaire stating that Gladstones dont want an oral hearing. Should I agree to this or not?

Read Bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread which tells you exactly how to answer every question on your DQ and how to react to that message from Gladstones.

UPDATE: I have received a letter from my local court saying a judge has looked at the case and allocated it to the small claims track and i have a court date.

I now need to start preparing my witness statement. Any suggestions and pointers appreciated. I HAVE read the newbies thread.
