    Withdrawal on (or soon after) Christmas Day, so should help pay the next credit card bill.

    I'm not usually one for a generic 'me too' post, but thanks again to OP for this. And with those funds in my account I can afford to go away for a summer break from the forum, having achieved my life's objective of getting my post count over 9000!
