HI DB, i'm so sorry I missed your post yesterday evening and glad that you are feeling a little lighter this morning. Miscarriages are awful traumatic events that not only play havoc with your hormones, but set off all kinds of guilty feelings about "was it me?" "was I not good enough to be it's mum?" "did i do something that caused it?" and those feelings cannot be bottled up. I miscarried about two years ago during a truly AWFUL time of my life and it was very nearly the end of me. because i didn't discuss my feelings. My Oh at the time didn't and couldn't understand how it felt and my family didn't know.
Please hon talk to someone about this year, or write a letter to no-one, just start wrtiting and let it all out without thinking whats going down on paper,
or find a trusted friend that will listen without judging.
You CAN do this, it WILL get better, don't just bury this until the next time as you feel a little silly, what you experienced last night were true emotions that are bubbling under the surface and need dealing with.
