  • Hey DB, things are never that bad, I've just had the same with my g/f but some time apart and we're getting on, not spot on but I felt like I just wanted to do a runner from her, stay on here and talk to people. Can you get away and stay somewhere tonight.

I think you need to get away for a couple of days. Could you take your son and go to your parents for a few days? Maybe a friends, or siblings? Take a couple of days compassionate leave, if you work? Then you can think about things, make decisions about what you want to do. No-one deserves to be screamed at like that.

Oh DB, I really can relate to how you are feeling. Have you tried to talk to him about it? How about some sort of marriage guidance? Has he realised what he is being like or is this what he's always been like?

  • As said before, everyone has good days and bad days. You seem to be having a run of bad days. Kep going and the good days will come again. Does your OH know how you feel? Maybe try Relate or the Samaritans?!?!?

    and we love you DB
  • Firstly noone is worth dying over. Ever. Neither is debt but having experienced difficulties with both I can understand how you can feel like it is when you're in that awful dark place.
If you feel generally overwhelmed and depressed then I would go to see your GP. If there are ongoing issues with OH then have you consdered relate councelling? Its hard to comment without knowing the ins and outs but is there anyone you can talk to in real life - close family or friends?
Hugs for you! What has he done specifically today that has got you so desperately upset?

Big hugs. Sounds like you're up against it. I'd suggest some time away to think things through. Have you got friends you can confide in? Though I know it's sometimes easier to talk with strangers. If that's what you want we're all here.
